Career guidance in high school from industry experts can be a life changer - Shaurya

Having immigrant parents, my personal learnings about my parent’s struggles is the driving force behind this initiative. I learnt firsthand the challenges faced by individuals coming from disadvantaged backgrounds with difficult social settings.  Through Mentor-Connect, I aim to create positive change for our community - Naithruv

Understanding that not everyone has equal opportunity has helped us create our organization which aims to assist underrepresented communities - Adam

My inspiration are my grandmothers. They are hardworking and brilliant organizers and if they had the right opportunity and access to education they could have been leaders in any business organization. I hope to create connections and opportunities for underrepresented individuals to shine and succeed with Mentor-Connect – Arjun
